Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via phone, email and text to gather necessary information and ensure satisfaction
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout their interactions with the company
• Ensure accurate and organized filing of customer-related documentation

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer or client service preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic Excel functions for data management
• Self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision
