We are seeking an experienced  Construction Superintendent for a  Direct Hire  opportunity to join our team in Cary, North Carolina. If you have 8–12 years of experience in multifamily construction and a proven track record of delivering quality projects on time and within budget, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Coordination: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain seamless communication and solve challenges.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety, health, and quality standards on-site.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor project milestones, implement effective planning strategies, and ensure successful and timely completion.
• Subcontractor Management: Lead subcontractor groups, maintain productive relationships, and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Problem Solving: Resolve site issues efficiently and make informed decisions to keep the project moving forward.
• Resource Oversight: Manage manpower, equipment, and materials to maintain a steady workflow.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of multifamily construction experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a history of effective site management.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficient with construction technologies and scheduling tools.
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed.
