The Peaks Care Center is hiring! We are seeking Full-time, Part Time Days, Evenings, and Nights, and PRN C.N.A.s!

****Shift Differential's Ranging from $1.00-$2.25***

****SIGN ON BONUES $4,000.00 FT/ $2,000.00 PT ** EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS $4,000.00 FT/ $2,000.00 PT!!!

We offer 12 hour 6a-6p, 6p-6a, and 8 hour shifts 6a-2pm, and 2pm-10pm to accommodate your employment needs!

As a CNA, you will have the unique opportunity to positively impact our residents every day. You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare staff, and under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN), positively represent the facility, providing routine patient care to promote patient comfort and contribute to the overall patient plan of care.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Check resident vital signs and weight.
• Provides residents with quality personal hygiene
• Answers resident call lights in a timely manner
• Reports resident changes in condition to nursing supervisor
• Applies principles of infection control in the provision of patient care

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid and active state-issued C.N.A. certification
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

***HOURLY WAGE RANGE: $20.00-$22.91 D.O.E. / Application End Date 03/31/2025
