What To Expect
The Infrastructure Operations – Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for the ownership and ongoing management of all critical infrastructure data. Additionally, this individual will support in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards that monitor team and individual performance, as well as key infrastructure metrics. What You'll Do - Create a new database to store all critical infrastructure data
- Partner with a variety of teams to assign responsibility for certain data fields, ensuring the information remains up to date
- Complete frequent audits and set up systems to track data accuracy. Generate reports from the infrastructure data system on an ad hoc basis
- Develop and maintain dashboards in Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
- Assist in the development of our internal project and location management tool in Microsoft Power Apps
- Analyze dashboards, summarize findings, and present to Tesla leadership. Track critical data fields associate with Tesla Real Estate and provide timely reports to global business partners related to those fields
- Create location specific reports for various stakeholders in a timely manner. Drive initiatives to expand the accuracy of portfolio data
What You'll Bring - 3+ Years experience working in Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or field relevant to these
- Proficient skill level in SQL, Python, and Excel
- Proficient skill level in Tableau, Microsoft Power Apps, and Microsoft Power BI
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Apps is preferred
- Experience analyzing large data sets and providing clear recommendations based on the findings
- Familiarity with Infrastructure Development and Real Estate data (encouraged, not required)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) liaising with both technical and non-technical professionals. Strong presentation skills to audiences comprised of all levels of leadership

Expected Compensation
$64,000 - $120,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
