What You Will Do

Reporting to our Sr. Director of Business and Sales Operations, you’ll collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to analyze data across direct-to-consumer channels, uncover trends, and develop insights that inform decision-making. Your expertise in creating dashboards, designing tests, and delivering visualizations will help ensure data-driven strategies that improve marketing and sales performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Data Analysis & Insights Generation

  • Compile and analyze datasets from marketing channels (Direct Mail, Digital, TV) and sales channels (Field & Inside Sales, e-commerce).
  • Identify trends and actionable insights to enhance campaign performance, targeting, and customer segmentation.
  • Develop performance metrics and create dashboards to track KPIs like ROI, customer acquisition cost, and engagement metrics.

Testing & Experimentation

  • Design statistically valid tests, including A/B and multivariate tests, to evaluate campaign strategies.
  • Analyze test results to deliver clear, actionable recommendations for optimization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to align analysis with business objectives.
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, using tools like Tableau and Power BI for compelling visualizations.

Campaign Optimization & Reporting

  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, providing real-time adjustments for improved outcomes.
  • Create advanced reports in Excel and integrate data sources into holistic dashboards for a comprehensive view of marketing efforts.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA or relevant certifications preferred).
  • 4-6+ years of experience in business or marketing analytics, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical abilities with a track record of translating data into actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Power BI, Microsoft Dynamics, and Excel (including VBA, Power Query, and advanced modeling).
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to design and manage dashboards and reports, focusing on marketing and sales metrics.
