Your New Role

We are seeking two dynamic and organised Brand Ambassadors to lead the execution of the frank green Activation Tour at select retailers and universities in the U.S. This team role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event management, logistics, and on-site execution (4 to 5 events per week approx.), ensuring seamless activations that engage customers, drive brand awareness, and facilitate onsite sales. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, exceptional customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-the-road environment.

*We are accepting both individual and joint applications who reside in Colorado. For individual applicants, please be aware that this role involves working closely with a counterpart for the duration of the 1.5-month tour.

Tour Duration: 6 weeks, mid to late April to June; Exact dates TBD.

Tour Route: Beginning in Denver and touring via car through the southeast; Exact route TBD

Your Day to Day

• Deliver the event activation tour schedule, ensuring smooth execution at each retail location. This includes operating and managing each event in-store (four-hour events).
• Ensure an excellent customer experience by engaging attendees and educating them about the brand, our customisation and engraving offering on-site.
• Coordinate travel logistics, including vehicle management, route planning, accommodations and general movement between locations.
• Oversee inventory, ensuring all materials (displays, signage, products, etc.) are properly stocked, transported and presented in store.
• Coordinate with retailers, venues, and partners to ensure activation site requirements are met.
• Conduct daily progress check-ins with your frank green supervisor, including imagery of the setup and events in progress.

• Track key event metrics, including attendance, sales impact & customer engagement.
• Provide post-event reports with insights and recommendations for future improvements.
• Operate the frank green engraving machine and 360 selfie station during activation times.

What You Need

• Experience managing mobile activations, trade shows, or retail pop-ups is a plus.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced situations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, travel-heavy role.
• Must be able to regularly lift and move heavy items, including boxes and event equipment for setup and pack down purposes.
• Comfortable balancing work and travel (between events).
• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• This position will require Showroom Assistants to drive between US states.

What We Offer

• Ambassador Base Rate: $20/hr*.
• Ambassador Overtime: $30/hr (>12 hours on any day and >40 hours in any week).
• $75 USD daily meal allowance.
• Leave & other benefits per Colorado State Law.

*Includes travel time to and from each destination, event set-up, event hosting and post-event breakdown.

Travel and Living Expenses

• Economy Hotel Accommodation (this may be shared).
• Fuel Costs are covered by frank green.
• Van Rental for the duration of the Tour is covered by frank green.
