The highly anticipated Collision Center (with two brand new paint booths) is now open, and we are on the hunt for an enthusiastic Body Shop Production Manager to work with our team to spearhead our cutting-edge production center in beautiful Meadville, PA. What We Offer

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervises body shop technicians, and aids in training as needed.
• Maintains a high level of technician productivity. Develops and utilizes management reports to monitor productivity.
• Submits bookings and time reports to the Collision Center General Manager daily.
• Initiates procedures to ensure a consistent high level of quality service.
• Ensures workflow through the shop is at maximum efficiency
• Submits accurate and well-documented supplements for repairs not listed on the original estimate
• Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
• Performs a quality-control check and inspects each vehicle after repairs are complete.
• Meets with the Collision General Manager daily to keep him/her informed of job status and any deviations that may have occurred.
• Meets daily with collision technician team to review the day’s schedule.
• Maintains facilities and equipment, ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Performs other tasks as required by management.
• Focus on Quality and Service.
• Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
• Maintains awareness of safety and follows workplace safety requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Ability to speak and listen effectively one on one.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent .
• PA Motor Vehicle Damage Appraisers License is recommended but not required
• Knowledge of CCC One is recommended but not required
• At least 5 years prior experience in related fields
