Job Description

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented bilingual receptionist to join our team at a busy income tax office in Rancho Cucamonga. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to handle a variety of office tasks, and provide outstanding customer service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage office calendars
• Assist clients with general inquiries about tax services
• Maintain an organized front desk area
• Handle filing, office paperwork, and data entry
• Process client forms and direct them to the appropriate departments
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and staff
• Perform other office duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Knowledge of income tax services is a plus but not required

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
