What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will utilize agile methods to analyze, define, and document business requirements to help deliver valuable software applications that meet stakeholder needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- Requirements Gathering: Identify and clarify business and functional requirements through interviews and workshops with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders and product teams to break down large epic stories into manageable features and user stories that are easy to understand and approve.
- Agile Support: Engage with the agile team throughout the product development process, from testing to implementation, to ensure the requirements are clearly understood and met.
- Product Owner Support: Assist with backlog prioritization, feature sequencing, organization, and user acceptance testing.
- Building Relationships: Foster trust and respect with both technical and non-technical team members, cultivating strong working relationships across the board.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, including gathering software development requirements, creating user stories, and managing product backlogs.
- 2+ years working as a Business Analyst in an agile environment, with a strong agile mindset and familiarity with Scrum processes and the role of Product Owner.
- Experience using Jira or similar tools.
- Scrum certification (e.g., CSM or CSPO) preferred.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Location & Other Requirements:
- This role is remote but candidates should be located within commuting distance of Tampa, as occasional office visits may be required.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
