What You’ll Do:

Supervise ABA Therapists (RBTs) and provide ongoing mentorship
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments
Monitor client progress and adjust goals as needed
Conduct caregiver training to ensure consistent progress
Collaborate with families and team members to achieve meaningful outcomes

What You Need:

Current BCBA certification (required)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
1+ years of experience in in-home ABA services (preferred)
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
